My name is Rebecca Gloor.

For years I've been enthusiastic about fitness in its execution and its entire dimension!

As a mental fitness coach and a qualified master coach of the Autogenic Training method, I am also fascinated by the mentale  awareness.

These two elements together are unbeatable!

With my many years of passion and fascination in the field of strength training, I would like to take you to a new level of your strength, your beauty and your fitness.

My motivation is to achieve the best possible result in a short time and to prepare for a happy, balanced and strong future.

Bevor ich Dir zu viel über die Ernährung erzähle, will ich, dass du dir dieses Gedankenbild kurz vorstellst: Wir legen tagtäglich so viel Wert darauf, dass wir äusserlich gepflegt, sauber und  stylisch erscheinen. Wir investieren Geld in Kosmetika, Zeit und Aufwand vor dem Spiegel...

Wieso investieren wir nicht mindestens genau so viel Zeit in das, womit wir unseren wunderbaren Körper füttern? Wieso essen wir lieber worauf wir kurzfristig Lust haben, was uns keinen grossen Aufwand beschert und uns vielleicht gar nicht guttut? Wir akzeptieren die Strapazen die diese Entscheidungen mit sich bringen: Schlechtes Gewissen, Unwohlsein, Blähbauch, Verdauungsstörungen, Übergewicht.
